Primary Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing and on-brand displays for shelves, in-store layouts, and promotional setups.
- Plan and execute seasonal, promotional, and product-driven merchandising strategies.
- Analyze store layouts and traffic flow to optimize product placement and increase customer engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing team and retail staff to align merchandising with sales goals and brand messaging.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure standards are met and provide guidance on proper display maintenance.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor displays, and customer behavior to inform merchandising decisions.
- Develop planograms, mood boards, and merchandising guidelines for store teams.
- Ensure all visuals setups comply with safety and brand guidelines.
- Train and guide store staff on visual standards and proper display maintenance.
- Direct communication to Trade Store owner/staff.
