Job Description:We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our onsite team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries while identifying opportunities to promote and upsell products or services that meet customer needs.
You will act as a product expert, build rapport with customers, and deliver exceptional service to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming calls, emails, or chats from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend additional products or services that complement their current usage.Meet or exceed upselling and cross-selling targets.
Provide accurate product information, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
Maintain knowledge of products, services, pricing, and promotions.
Accurately document all interactions and transactions in the CRM or support system.
Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
Participate in regular training and coaching sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an upselling or cross-selling role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both verbal and written.Ability to identify customer needs and match them with appropriate products or services.
Confident, persuasive, and motivated to meet sales goals.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, email systems, and other communication platforms.
Willingness to work onsite and in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
High school diploma or equivalent (college level or graduate preferred).
Must be amenable to work in Angeles City.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have): Experience in a BPO or call center environment.
Background in sales for telco, retail, financial, or e-commerce accounts.
