What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role.
• Keep everything running like clockwork—manage office supplies, inventory, and asset tagging
• Support daily operations and take charge of key admin functions
• Assist with laptop/device provisioning and basic tech setup
• Welcome new hires by preparing their equipment and workspace
• Plan and coordinate fun, meaningful company events and celebrations
• Willingness to work Australasian shift hours
• Open to work or relocate to our Angeles City, Pampanga office
