- With at least 6 months of Call Center experience
- High School or Senior High School Graduate
- A2 and above CEFR Level
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu IT Park
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Assist customers with travel-related inquiries and concerns
- Provide accurate information about bookings, reservations, and travel services
- Handle customer concerns professionally through calls or chats
- Update customer records and account details accurately
- Follow company policies and quality standards during customer interactions
- Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction at all times
