About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of the company’s digital presence and turn strategy into measurable growth.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across all online channels. Your work will directly support brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement through content, paid ads, social media, email marketing, SEO, and website management.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and lead generation targets.
  • Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, including targeting, optimization, and reporting.
  • Write and design marketing content including social posts, EDMs, SMS campaigns, blogs, landing pages, and ad creatives.
  • Maintain and optimize the company website, including updates, landing pages, and user experience improvements.
  • Execute SEO strategies to improve search visibility, organic traffic, and keyword performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights for optimization.

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role managing multi-channel digital campaigns.
  • Strong experience in paid ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) with a focus on optimisation and performance marketing.
  • Skilled in content creation including copywriting for social media, EDMs, ads, and digital campaigns.
  • Experience managing social media platforms and growing engagement across multiple channels.
  • Solid understanding of SEO (on-page and technical) and website performance optimisation.
  • Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad platform dashboards.
  • Highly creative with strong analytical skills—you can balance storytelling with data-driven decision making.
