Facilities Engineer (Pollution Control Officer)

Role Overview
FEU Alabang is looking for a dedicated Facilities Engineer (Mechanical Engineer) to help us maintain and elevate our campus infrastructure. In this role, you’ll ensure that our mechanical systems run safely, efficiently, and sustainably—while keeping us compliant with CHED policies, PRC licensure requirements, and DENR environmental standards.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and design preventive maintenance programs for electromechanical equipment.
- Prepare, evaluate, and finalize project estimates, bids, and budgets.
- Apply ISO standards in facilities management.
- Coordinate with Local Government Units (LGUs) for permit processing.
- Oversee maintenance and operation of Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS) and fire protection systems.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and visually.
- What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Valid PRC License (Mechanical Engineer)
- Pollution Control Officer (PCO) Certificate
- Related work experience as a Pollution Control or Fire Safety Practitioner
