About the role
Join our vibrant sales team at OfficePartners, 360 Inc. as a Customer Service Representative (Sales Experience). In this full-time role based in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while driving sales growth for our diverse range of office equipment and supplies.
What you'll be doing- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Processing orders and handling customer queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Providing post-sales support and building long-term relationships with customers
- Collaborating with the broader sales and operations teams to improve processes and drive business growth
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the office supplies or equipment industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
