Job Description
Posted on 27 April 2026- Remove all unused equipment in the compactor;
- Remove the boxes that contain the outdated documents that are no longer in use to be transferred to the warehouse;
- Arrange active folders alphabetically of IHPs by company name;
- Label folders of active assignees;
- Remove the folders of inactive assignees upon consultation with the concerned IHP;
- Label all the boxes with the Assignees’ names;
- Arrange and label green sheet folders by Vendor Partner;
- Maintain orderly arrangement of immigration documents and files in the compactor and in the 17th floor;
- Photocopy or scan documents as may be needed by the Immigration team;
- Do regular inventory of supplies and as necessary, request for needed supplies;
- Do regular checking of office equipment including the photocopying machine, desktop computers, monitors, mouse, etc. and coordinate for needed repairs;
- Coordinate to ensure that orderliness and cleanliness of the 17th floor office is maintained;
- Assist in having documents notarized; and
- Attend regular team meetings and other meetings as may be required;
