Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

As a Maintenance Supervisor at PSCo', you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Petron Depots in Cebu, Bacolod and Zamboanga. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities across our site, with a focus on maintaining and improving our engineering systems and equipment.

1. Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance strategies to maximise equipment uptime and reliability
2. Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing direction, training and performance feedback
3. Coordinate and schedule all maintenance activities, including preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance
4. Analyse maintenance data and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall equipment effectiveness
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
6. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve issues proactively
7. Maintain detailed records and generate reports on maintenance activities and key performance indicators

1. Relevant degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Environmental related discipline
2. Minimum 3 years' experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
3. Strong working knowledge of maintenance management principles, including predictive and preventative maintenance strategies
4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions. With good organizational skills.
5. Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team of maintenance technicians and laborers
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
