Marketing Officer

Paris Baguette, a Korean Cafe and Bakery is in need of a Marketing Officer to be assigned in the Head Office - Makati City. Be part of our growing Company!

Responsibilities:

• Executes marketing promotional campaigns that help achieve sales, customer traffic and and satisfaction/engagement
• Supports ideation, planning, execution, optimization, monitoring and reporting of promotional campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth flow, timeliness and success of the promotions
• Seek out and develop external partners in promotional campaigns to generate impactful promotions that are cost-effective.
• Research new and creative promotions to test out and ensure that learnings and results are presented in a timely manner.
• Observes end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Preparing actionable insights on improving customer service.
• Contributes to overall effectiveness of Marketing by researching on trends and insights, monitors spend and performance based on these insights, and suggests short-term and long-range issues that arise
• Develop and post daily content on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, maintaining high engagement.
• Establish and manage influencer relationships and partnerships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably within Business, Communications and Marketing in Food and Beverage industry
• At least 3 years in marketing experience preferably Cafe and Bakery industry.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Must possess basic presentation skills.
• Must have a keen interest in customer behavior analytics especially on campaign related data.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• With project management and organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
