Sales Account Executive (B2B – Energy/Power)

The Sales Account Executive (B2B – Energy/Power) is responsible for securing, managing and nurturing relationships with high-value contestable customers, ensuring service excellence, timely issue resolution, and long-term account retention and growth.
The role will provide consistent, value-adding support to clients under the Retail Competition and Open Access (RCOA) framework.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for managing day-to-day communication, coordination, and issue resolution.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer-related documents.
- Monitor contract performance, customer demand, and adherence to agreed terms, and flag any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Trading, Energy Sourcing, Billing, Legal, Regulatory, Pricing, Risk, and Portfolio Management) to address customer concerns and requirements.
- Lead the onboarding of new accounts, ensuring smooth transition from contracting to switching.
- Provide proactive client support, including consumption reports and value-added services recommendations.
- Ensure contract renewals, upselling, and retention activities through value communication and strategic engagement.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records, including contact details, and retail electricity supply agreements.
Others:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
At least three (3) years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales—preferably in the energy, utilities, or B2B sector.
Strong knowledge of the Philippine power industry, especially RCOA, WESM, and Retail Supply operations.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and coordinate with various internal stakeholders.
