Final pay calculation/validation

• Collection of payroll-related records from employees
• Collection of payroll instructions from different teams every cutoff
• Analysis of data collected. Apply corrections before submitting the final instruction to the 3rd party provider
• Ensures correct information is provided to 3rd party processors for payroll processing
• Ensure timelines are adhered to and work is accurately completed within the deadlines specified
• Coordination with different groups on payroll-related items
• Review of payroll reports from payroll provider
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports (internal)
• Handling and resolving escalated issues
• Payroll-related special projects and administrative tasks
• Basic Payroll Principles and TRAIN law knowledge is a must

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must have a background on Human Resource particularly in Total Rewards and Payroll Management.
• Candidate must be flexible and adaptable to change.
• Candidate must be independent, resourceful, and strategic.
• Candidate must be keen to details especially on words and numbers and must be analytical.
• Candidate must have at least 1 year related work experience.
• Can start ASAP
