Medical Sales Executive - NCR

JOB SUMMARY:

Promotes and sells diagnostic imaging equipment to healthcare facilities. Managing client accounts, driving revenue growth , and conducting product discussions/presentations across hospitals. clinics and other health institutions.

• Lead generation and prospecting: Identify target accounts - such as hospitals and clinics , and build strong relationships with key stakeholders like doctors, procurement officers , and administrators.
• Sales and Negotiation: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas. This involves actively participating in bidding processes and contract negotiations.
• Account Management: Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating after-sales support, trouble shooting issues and maintaining regular communication.
• Market Monitoring: Analyse sales data, track competitors and adjust sales strategies within an assigned geographic territory.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

1. Education: Bachelors degree in Nursing, Medical Technology, or a related business/ scientific field.
2. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in medical device sales or pharmaceutical sales background.
3. Skills: Strong Negotiation, public speaking and technical aptitude. Requires resilience, persistence and excellent time management.
4. Location & Travel: Willingness to conduct extensive fieldwork and travel within assigned regions.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelors degree of any relevant discipline with a general knowledge on Medical / Health Science.
2. Familiarity with MS Office
3. Strong negotiation , public speaking and technical aptitude. Requires resilience, persistence and excellent time management.

EXPERIENCE - MINIMUM REQUIRED:

> Atleast (3) year experience with preference given to those with direct medical device or pharmaceutical sales backgrounds.
