Maintain an inventory of all PCs, printers, and IT-related equipment including information on acquisition date, guarantees, repair history, drivers, installation CDs, and all related peripherals
- Fulfill the tasks stated in the Work Request Forms (WRF) submitted by the different departments requiring assistance on their IT concerns up to closure or resolution of the concerns
- Provide on-site or remote technical end-user support (assistance on email facility, audio-visual equipment set-up) including, but not limited to, desktop systems, workstation setup and configuration, and software/hardware upgrade
- Provide technical assessment of PCs, laptops, printers, internet usage, and IT-related equipment
- Provide regular update and scanning of anti-virus program on individual PCs
- Resolve problems related to hardware, operating systems, and configuration issues through troubleshooting and research
- Prepare monthly reports on commonly asked questions or concerns from the employees as inputs for a User Guide training program
