Backhoe/Loader Operator

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Backhoe/Loader Operator to join our dynamic construction team at the INTERACTIVE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE' in Tarlac Central Luzon. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of backhoe and loader equipment to support our construction projects.

• Operate backhoe and loader equipment to excavate, load, and move materials at construction sites
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on assigned equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself, your team, and the work environment
• Work collaboratively with the construction crew to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, maintenance, and any incidents
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Backhoe/Loader Operator in the construction industry
• Demonstrated proficiency in the safe and efficient operation of backhoe and loader equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with the construction crew
• Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks
• Availability to work full-time, including occasional overtime and weekends as needed
