Salary Range: PHP 20,000 – 28,000 / month

Position Overview

The IMPEX Staff is responsible for handling import and export operations to ensure smooth logistics flow and full compliance with government regulations and company policies. This role focuses on documentation management, shipment coordination, customs processing, and PEZA-related compliance in a manufacturing environment.

• Prepare, process, and maintain import and export documentation, including PEZA-related records.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
• Monitor customs clearance processes and resolve shipment-related issues.
• Track shipment status and maintain accurate logistics and compliance records.
• Ensure compliance with PEZA regulations, customs laws, and internal company policies.
• Support audits and inspections related to import/export activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as purchasing, warehouse, and accounting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Customs Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of PEZA documentation and procedures is required.
• Previous experience in Import and Export (IMPEX) operations is required.
• Familiarity with customs clearance and logistics coordination.
• Good communication skills in English; Tagalog and Visayan preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
