The Front Desk Associate / First Aider is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out, and responding to inquiries while ensuring a safe environment by providing first aid assistance when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures
  • Assist with inquiries, requests, and guest concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate front office records and coordinate with other departments
  • Provide first aid assistance and serve as the designated first aider on duty

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Must have completed first aid training/certification
  • Ability to multitask and remain professional under pressure
  • Previous front desk or customer service experience in a hotel is an advantage
  • Flexible and willing to work shifting schedules (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
