Procurement Coordinator

Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, cost drivers, and cost-saving opportunities
  • Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery timelines, and service levels
  • Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Support supplier negotiations by providing data-driven insights and cost analysis
  • Monitor market trends and supply chain risks to support sourcing decisions
  • Prepare and present procurement reports, KPIs, and dashboards to management
  • Assist in contract review, compliance tracking, and documentation
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure data integrity in procurement systems (e.g., ERP/SAP)

Job qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain is an advantage but not required
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
  • Good communication skills with ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in handling tasks
  • Willingness to learn and develop skills in procurement and supply chain processes

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
