Procurement Coordinator

Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, cost drivers, and cost-saving opportunities
- Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, delivery timelines, and service levels
- Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels
- Support supplier negotiations by providing data-driven insights and cost analysis
- Monitor market trends and supply chain risks to support sourcing decisions
- Prepare and present procurement reports, KPIs, and dashboards to management
- Assist in contract review, compliance tracking, and documentation
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure data integrity in procurement systems (e.g., ERP/SAP)
Job qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain is an advantage but not required
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
- Good communication skills with ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in handling tasks
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in procurement and supply chain processes
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
