Project Coordinator (Supply Chain) | Excel, ERP & Project Tracking

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Project Coordinator to support cross-functional supply chain and operations initiatives. This role is ideal for someone experienced in project tracking, reporting, and coordination, with strong exposure to ERP systems and Excel-based reporting.

You will play a key role in ensuring projects stay on track by maintaining visibility across timelines, documentation, and stakeholder updates.

What You’ll Do

Project Tracking & Coordination
  • Monitor project timelines, milestones, and task ownership across supply chain initiatives
  • Track purchasing, vendor, and logistics schedules; flag risks, delays, and blockers
  • Coordinate with internal teams and overseas partners to ensure timely execution
Documentation & Data Management
  • Maintain and organize project trackers, SOPs, workflows, and operational documents
  • Manage vendor records, purchase order trackers, and ERP data
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all supply chain documentation
Reporting & Communication
  • Prepare and update weekly reports and dashboards for stakeholders
  • Document meeting notes, action items, and project updates
  • Consolidate vendor and team updates into clear status reports
Process Improvement
  • Support the development of standardized templates and reporting tools
  • Assist in audits, data validation, and process documentation
  • Identify opportunities to improve coordination, reporting, and workflow efficiency
What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Project Management, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or supply chain support
  • Strong experience in project tracking, reporting, and documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data consolidation)
  • Experience using ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or similar)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, MS Project, or similar)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across multiple teams
Nice to Have
  • Experience working with overseas vendors or cross-border teams
  • Background in consumer goods, retail, or supply chain operations
  • Mandarin proficiency is a plus
