IT Director

The IT Director will lead the organization’s technology strategy, digital systems, and IT operations, with a strong focus on supporting advertising, sales, and corporate functions. This role is responsible for managing enterprise platforms such as Salesforce (CRM), ERP, and HRIS, while ensuring seamless integration, data integrity, and operational efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Strategy & Digital Transformation

• Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business and advertising goals
• Drive digital transformation initiatives across sales, marketing, and HR
• Identify and implement technology solutions to improve campaign performance and reporting

1. Enterprise Systems Management

• Oversee implementation, optimization, and maintenance of:
• Salesforce (CRM) – pipeline, reporting, automation
• ERP systems – finance, procurement, operations
• HRIS – employee data, payroll integration, performance systems
• Ensure system integration and seamless data flow across platforms
• Lead system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements

1. IT Operations & Infrastructure

• Manage overall IT operations including networks, servers, cloud, and end-user support
• Ensure high availability and performance of business-critical systems
• Implement IT service management best practices

1. Project Management & Delivery

• Lead and oversee IT and digital projects from planning to execution
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Apply project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance)

1. Data Management & Analytics

• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and reporting capabilities
• Support business teams with dashboards, analytics, and insights
• Leverage CRM and ERP data to drive decision-making and performance tracking

1. Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Establish IT security frameworks and enforce policies
• Ensure compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Philippines)
• Manage risk, audits, and incident response

1. Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Lead and develop IT teams (Developers, सिस्टम Admins, Support)
• Partner with leadership in Sales, Marketing, and HR to align IT initiatives
• Manage external vendors and technology partners

1. Budget & Resource Management

• Manage IT budget (CAPEX/OPEX)
• Optimize technology investments and vendor contracts
• Ensure cost-effective IT operations

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• MBA or Master’s Degree is a plus

Experience:

• 10–15+ years in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience in corporate, advertising, or marketing-driven organizations is highly preferred
• Proven track record managing Salesforce, ERP, and HRIS platforms

Technical Expertise:

• Salesforce CRM (required) – administration, reporting, integrations
• ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics)
• HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR)
• Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• API integrations and middleware tools

Project Management:

• Strong experience in IT project delivery
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage
