Recruitment Specialist (RPO)

About the role

The role is based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, with the possibility of remote work arrangements.

1. Actively source and recruit candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
2. Screen and evaluate applicants to identify the best-fit candidates for our open positions
3. Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and ensure a smooth hiring experience
5. Maintain a talent pipeline and proactively identify potential candidates for future roles
6. Provide regular updates and reporting on recruitment activities and metrics
7. Continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

1. At least 2 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) or agency environment
2. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
4. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, social media, and other recruitment tools
5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to delivering exceptional candidate and client experiences
