ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR

The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily administrative functions, maintaining office records, and ensuring efficient administrative operations across departments.

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative, office management, or coordination roles.
  • Experience in the ESL industry is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and handle confidential information.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
