ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily administrative functions, maintaining office records, and ensuring efficient administrative operations across departments.
Education- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative, office management, or coordination roles.
- Experience in the ESL industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and handle confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
