Assist machine operators and production workers in daily operations.

Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products.

Prepare and supply materials needed on the production line.

Operate simple tools or equipment under supervision.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the production area.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company safety rules.

Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or material shortages to the supervisor.

Support in inventory counting and proper storage of materials/products.

Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications/Requirements

At least High School Graduate (or equivalent).

Experience in manufacturing or production work is an advantage but not required.

Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks and manual labor.

Knowledge of basic safety practices in a manufacturing environment.

Willing to work on shifting schedules and extended hours if needed.

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
