Senior Signage Designer

What is your mission?
We are looking for a Senior Signage Designer to develop technical signage concepts, documentation, and branded sign systems for luxury hotels, mixed-use developments, and large precincts. You will interpret architectural drawings, prepare sign location plans, create detailed documentation packages, develop sign families aligned with brand and architecture, and manage deliverables from concept through construction issue.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
- Lead signage design and documentation for luxury hotels, mixed-use developments, and large precincts
- Analyze architectural drawings, elevations, and project layouts for signage integration and placement
- Determine sign types, sign hierarchies, messaging structures, and signage placement across projects
- Produce complete signage documentation including sign location plans, message schedules, sign schedules, and Bills of Quantities (BoQ)
- Establish sign numbering systems and maintain consistent documentation standards
- Prepare final client, tender, and construction documentation packages
- Develop signage concepts and sign families aligned with brand guidelines and architectural intent
- Create conceptual signage options and presentation materials for design reviews
- Prepare polished PDF presentations and maintain high presentation standards
- Clean and extract plans and elevations; prepare diagrams, visuals, and technical layouts for project documentation
- Coordinate with design, documentation, and project teams to ensure accurate project delivery
- Work independently with accountability while managing multiple projects across different phases
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Architecture, Environmental Design, Industrial Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in signage design, environmental graphics, or technical signage documentation
- Proven ability to interpret architectural plans and produce sign location plans, message schedules, sign schedules, and Bills of Quantities (BoQ)
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and AutoCAD
- Strong technical documentation and file management skills with experience developing branded sign families
- Experience preparing tender and construction issue documentation packages
- Excellent English communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with remote teams
- Revit/BIM knowledge and 3D visualization capability are considered advantages
