- Works closely with the finance team to develop and manage the company's financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Monitors key financial metrics and ensures adherence to financial targets and regulatory requirements.
- Builds and leads a high-performing executive team, provides guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Fosters a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Develops and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top industry professionals.
- Cultivates strong relationships with key stakeholders, including MNOs, investors, government agencies, industry associations, and local communities.
- Represents at industry conferences, events, and forums to enhance the company's reputation and influence.
- Assesses and mitigates business risks, ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards. Implements effective governance practices and maintains transparent communication with the Board of Directors.
- Proven experience in Executive Management, Managing Director, or in a similar senior leadership role within the telecom, renewable energy, or infrastructure sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of the telecom industry, with a focus on tower infrastructure and renewable energy solutions.
- Strong business acumen and a track record of successfully driving growth and profitability.
- Experience operating in emerging markets, particularly in Africa and Asia, with an understanding of the challenges and opportunities in these regions.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make informed business decisions.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, financial planning, and reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
