About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Business Development to lead growth initiatives for our pharmaceutical manufacturing business. This role is ideal for a senior leader with a proven track record in driving partnerships, expanding market presence, and identifying new revenue opportunities within the pharmaceutical sector.

• Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances
• Lead negotiations for high-value contracts, licensing deals, and collaborations
• Expand market presence across domestic and international markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, distributors, and partners
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, and commercial teams
• Lead, mentor, and grow the business development team

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business development within pharmaceutical companies or pharma-related industries
• Proven success in deal-making, partnerships, and revenue growth
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, regulatory environments, and market dynamics
• Experience working in senior leadership roles (Director, AVP, SVP, or equivalent)
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
