Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development and Sales Executive to expand our presence in the healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, preparing quotations and bidding documents, and achieving sales targets for hospitals, healthcare facilities, and related institutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with hospital clients, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Present products, solutions, and services to prospective customers.
- Assist customers by addressing inquiries and providing appropriate product recommendations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Department in planning and implementing promotional campaigns, exhibitions, conferences, and other marketing activities.
- Conduct market research to identify customer requirements, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product offerings.
- Participate in government and private hospital bidding activities.
- Prepare and submit bidding documents through PhilGEPS and other procurement platforms as required.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Travel within Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao to meet customers and support business development activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or any related field.
- At least 1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the medical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or hospital industry.
- Strong sales orientation with a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Established network within hospitals, healthcare institutions, or government agencies is an advantage.
- Familiarity with PhilGEPS and the preparation of bidding documents for government and private hospital projects is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to travel nationwide (Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao).
- Possession of a valid driver’s license is an advantage.
