We are seeking an entry-level HR Assistant to join our team. This is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level candidates seeking hands-on experience and professional growth.
Job Description:
- Compile, update, and maintain employee records.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding human resources policies, procedures, rules and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as attendance records, absences etc
- Source candidates, review resumes, and arrange interview schedule.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and endorse qualified applicants to management for further evaluation.
- Facilitate new hire onboarding.
- Other HR related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related fields.
- With good oral and written communication skill.
- Open to fresh graduates and graduating students ready to start their careers.
- A team player, able to work under time pressure.
- Has initiative and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
