We’re Hiring: Tier 2 Technical Support Agent
Are you a problem-solver who loves diving deep into technical challenges? We’re looking for a Tier 2 Technical Support Agent to provide advanced assistance to our studio partners. In this role, you’ll handle complex hardware, software, and network issues, acting as the go-to escalation point when problems extend beyond Tier 1 support.If you thrive on solving tough technical puzzles and delivering exceptional customer service, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do- Advanced Technical Assistance – Diagnose and resolve complex issues, serving as the escalation point beyond Tier 1 support.
- Remote Diagnostics – Use remote access tools to troubleshoot in real time, guiding users through solutions clearly and effectively.
- Issue Tracking & Documentation – Identify recurring issues, maintain accurate records of problems and resolutions, and share best practices.
- Collaboration – Partner with Tier 1 agents and technical teams to streamline escalations and ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Continuous Improvement – Analyze support trends, recommend process improvements, and stay up to date with the latest tools and technologies.
- At least 1 year of Technical support experience in a BPO setting
- 2 years of college or IT certifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven technical expertise in hardware, software, and networking
- Familiarity with Microsoft applications
- SQL knowledge (preferred, but not required)
- Network+ certification or equivalent experience (preferred, but not required)
- High aptitude for problem-solving and execution of solutions
