JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2+ years of experience in event planning, campaign management, or digital marketing.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and user engagement metrics.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging and rewarding campaigns.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the gaming, gambling, or entertainment industry is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in VIP customer engagement and loyalty programs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Event Planning & Execution

Develop and execute online and offline event strategies to enhance user engagement and brand awareness.

Plan promotional campaigns based on seasonal trends, holidays, and industry events.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
Campaign Management
  1. Design user participation mechanics, rewards, and engagement strategies.
Monitor event performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
Ensure campaigns align with brand positioning and marketing goals.
  1. Data Analysis & Optimization
Track and analyze key event performance metrics such as user participation, conversion rates, and ROI.
Conduct post-event analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
  1. VIP & High-Value Customer Engagement
Develop exclusive VIP events to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
Personalize campaign strategies for different user segments to maximize engagement.
  1. Cross-Department Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, operations, product, and customer service teams.

Align event strategies with overall business objectives and customer insights.
