What You’ll Do
- Provide Tech Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, troubleshooting day-to-day hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain Data Security: Implement and enforce information security measures to protect company systems, user data, and digital assets.
- Assist IT Procurement: Evaluate technical specifications for purchase requests, assist in processing IT equipment orders, and manage vendor relationships.
- Manage Assets & Records: Maintain accurate inventories of company hardware, software licenses, and completed IT transactions.
- Vendor Onboarding & Feedback: Support supplier accreditation for tech vendors, gather performance evaluations, and ensure quality service.
- Keep Growing: Attend required training programs to stay updated on emerging technologies and security best practices.
- Experience in IT support, systems administration, or technical operations.
- Hands-on knowledge of hardware setup, software troubleshooting, and network basics.
- Familiarity with data security best practices and IT asset management.
- Strong communication skills with a user-friendly, helpful attitude.
- Excellent organizational skills and a desire to continuously learn.
