Warehouse Helper / Order Picker

Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic, hardworking, and reliable Warehouse Helper / Picker to join our logistics team. This role is responsible for accurately picking linen products and hospitality amenities according to order slips, packing items safely, and assisting with general warehouse cleanliness and heavy lifting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Locate, pick, and pull specific items and quantities from warehouse shelves based on daily customer order pick-lists.
• Pack, box, and wrap linen bundles and amenity kits securely to prevent damage during transit.
• Assist the Warehouse Stockman and drivers in loading packed orders onto delivery vehicles and unloading incoming stock shipments.
• Move inventory manually or using hand trucks/pallet jacks to keep storage areas neat and organized.
• Clean and maintain the warehouse floor, ensuring aisles are clear of trash, plastic wraps, and boxes.
• Perform other basic manual tasks as assigned by the warehouse supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate.
• Even with no prior experience, entry-level candidates are welcome to apply; 6 months of experience in a warehouse setting is a plus.
• Physically fit, active, and strong—must be capable of lifting and moving heavy packages and working on your feet for long periods.
• Honest, fast learner, and follows instructions carefully to avoid picking the wrong items.
• Good team player with a positive attitude.
