HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll preparation and benefits administration
- Manage employee relations issues and coordinate disciplinary actions
- Assist with performance appraisal processes and training initiatives
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping systems
- Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs
- Provide guidance and support to staff regarding HR issues and concerns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2–3 years of experience in an HR generalist or officer role
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
