HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support payroll preparation and benefits administration
• Manage employee relations issues and coordinate disciplinary actions
• Assist with performance appraisal processes and training initiatives
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and timekeeping systems
• Prepare HR reports and analyze workforce data
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and welfare programs
• Provide guidance and support to staff regarding HR issues and concerns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in an HR generalist or officer role
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
