Assistant Finance Manager – Financial Planning & Analytics - ref. o41890103

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Oversee the Financial Planning & Analytics Team
• Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process
• Analyze actuals against the budget, forecast, and prior year
• Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of the daily, weekly, and monthly sales and financial reports
• Support decision-making by providing timely, detailed, and meaningful insights
• Perform ad-hoc analysis when required to assist in decision-making
• Manage the third-party vendor and ensure that they deliver based on the company’s expectations
• Lead and supervise the team
• In charge of partner performance tracking, evaluation, and development plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy
• At least 10 years of experience in Finance, preferably in Planning & Analysis
• With at least 5 years of experience in leading teams and managing/supervising people
• Excellent analytical skills and strong business acumen
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• CPA License is an advantage
• Must be amenable to a hybrid work set-up (3x in-office)
• Must be willing to work in Makati City
