Job Description:
Responsible for ensuring company products comply with all applicable regulatory requirements. Prepares, submits, and maintains regulatory documents and registrations. Conducts fieldwork such as liaison with government agencies (e.g., FDA), processing permits, and attending inspections.

Manages document control by organizing, updating, and maintaining regulatory files, licenses, and records. Monitors regulatory updates and ensures timely renewal of permits. Supports product labeling, documentation, and audit requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field
  • With experience in regulatory affairs, product registration, or compliance (preferred)
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations and documentation processes
  • Strong attention to detail and document management skills
  • Willing to do fieldwork and process government transactions
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Driving skills is a plus
