About the role
As a Team Leader/Supervisor - Retail at Stark Asia Solutions Inc., you'll play a vital role in leading and motivating a team of customer service professionals. In this full-time, on-site position based in Cebu Central Visayas, you'll be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving the success of the retail operations.
What you'll be doing- Overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of your team, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery
- Providing coaching, mentoring and training to develop your team's skills and capabilities
- Monitoring team performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and high morale
- Escalating and resolving complex customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with other departments to align on operational goals and objectives
- Maintaining accurate records and providing regular performance reports
- At least College Level
- Must have 2 years of relevant experience preferably in retail domain
- Amenable to work onsite
