QA Process Management Specialist

About the role

Sunpride Foods, Inc., a leading food manufacturing and distribution company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Process Management Specialist to join our team in Pakna-an Mandaue City Cebu. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and integrity of our production processes, contributing to the overall success of our organization.

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining quality control systems and processes across our production facilities
• Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Analyzing production data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions to address quality issues
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems
• Providing training and support to production staff on quality control best practices
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, and making recommendations for process enhancements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or process management role within the manufacturing, food processing, or a similar industry
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, processes, and techniques
• Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving skills to identify and address quality issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to develop and implement quality control systems and processes
• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field
