Qualifications:

• At least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate or equivalent
• Secondary school graduates or those with TESDA/vocational certifications are welcome to apply.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in carpentry, electrician or welding.
• Proficient in carpentry, electrical work, or welding.
• Demonstrates a good employment record.
• Flexible, with initiative,

• Knows how to manage time and work pressure.

• Experience in CCTV installation is an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Electrical Work: Install switches, wall sockets, electrical wiring for door access controls and automated gates
• Carpentry: Handle tasks such as door lock installation.
• Power Tools: Skilled in using power tools for various maintenance activities.
• Welding: Operate welding machines efficiently and perform welding-related tasks as needed.
• Tool Management:
• Ensure proper safekeeping and storage of maintenance tools.
• Regularly inspect tools and equipment for functionality.
• Clean and return tools to their designated storage areas after use.
