Ascendion is looking for dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team in BGC, Taguig. This is a full onsite position on a night shift schedule, supporting our international clients.

What We’re Looking For:
Graduate of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree
At least 1 year of experience handling an international account
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work onsite in BGC and on night shift
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner
Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction with every interaction
Document interactions and follow up on customer concerns
