Job Description
Posted on 6 April 2026In charge of the construction of 3D models and preparing drawings using REVIT software.
Updating the 3D model following the latest information to ensure the accuracy of shop drawings.
Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines’ design changes and model challenges.
Prepare BIM models to communicate, aid visualization, and make informed decisions based on the design changes.
Ensure the M&E designs comply with relevant codes, compliance and regulations.
Produce architectural layouts and detailed shop drawings for architectural works following design criteria and specifications.
Perform clash detection.
Adhere to the BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
Follow BIM content standards and development procedures.
Ensure proper documentation of all drawings.
Ensure modeling quality control.
Perform any other duties as and when assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Architecture / Structure or its equivalentMinimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
Knowledge of BIM Requirements in Singapore standards is a plus.
Knowledge of Singapore Architectural Authority requirements is a plus.
Proficiency in the use of Autodesk REVIT is a must.
AutoCAD – for drawing linkage and cleanup.
A team player with a sense of responsibility.
