Procurement Specialist (Compressed Work sched: Monday-Friday)

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Supplier Management: Researching, vetting, and onboarding new vendors.
2. Contract Negotiation: Reviewing contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
3. Purchase Processing: Approving purchase orders and tracking delivery schedules.
4. Cost Optimization: Analyzing market trends to reduce inventory expenses.
5. Quality Assurance: Evaluating supplier performance and resolving product defects.
6. Inventory Control: Collaborating with warehouse teams to prevent stock shortages.

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management and equivalent.
• With proven experience in construction procurement or purchasing
• Experience in handling Admin Purchase, Sourcing/Purchasing of local and Receiving/Documentation of China Delivery
• Excellent negotiation and coordination skills
• Experienced in sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and handling procurement processes
• Willing to be assign in City Clou project, D.Jakosalem St. Zapatera Cebu, City.

Work Schedule: Compressed work schedule : Monday - Friday (8:30am -6:00pm)
