Posted on 29 June 2026Assist in implementing the Project Quality Management System (QMS).
Prepare, organize, and maintain quality records, inspection reports, and project documentation.
Monitor compliance with approved quality procedures, work instructions, and project specifications.
Assist in reviewing Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and quality checklists.
Coordinate inspection schedules with site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives.
Verify that inspection reports, material approvals, test reports, and certifications are complete and properly filed.
Assist in monitoring material receiving inspections and ensure materials comply with project specifications.
Support QA/QC Engineers during internal and client inspections.
Monitor the status of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and preventive actions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
Maintain document control and ensure that only current revisions of drawings and specifications are used on-site.
Assist during testing, commissioning, and project turnover documentation.
Participate in internal quality audits and compliance reviews.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality-related documentation issues.
Ensure confidentiality and proper management of quality records.
Perform other duties assigned by the QA/QC Engineer, QA Manager, or Project Manager.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related field.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Experience in construction, renewable energy, or quality assurance is an advantage.
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001:2015 is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations if required.
