Purchasing Assistant - Muntinlupa

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Knowledge and experience in purchasing would be an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Newly graduates with good academic records are encouraged to apply.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) for required materials and supplies.
• Ensure the quality of all delivered raw materials and prepare accountability forms when necessary.
• Source and negotiate with credible suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms.
• Monitor and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Oversee inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
• Identify and establish relationships with new suppliers and printers.
• Assist in creating new item records in the Master File system.
• Print and manage Purchase Orders for documentation purposes.
• Review and forward supplier invoices to the Accounting Department for processing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
