Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP FI CO Finance Consultant to support the design, implementation, enhancement, and support of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, efficient cost control, and seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, implement, and support SAP FI and CO modules, including:
o FI: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting
o CO: Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing, CO PA
- Participate in end to end SAP implementations, rollouts, and production support.
- Translate business finance requirements into SAP FI CO functional solutions.
- Perform system configuration, unit testing, SIT/UAT support, cutover, and hypercare.
- Ensure accurate financial postings, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Support period end and year end closing activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
- Analyze and resolve incidents, defects, and enhancement requests within SLA.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, and user guides.
- Provide user training and knowledge transfer to business and support teams.
- 3+ years of hands on experience in SAP FI CO.
- Strong experience in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Finance environments.
- In depth knowledge of:
o CO CCA, CO PCA, CO PA, Internal Orders
- Experience in end to end implementation or support projects.
- Solid understanding of financial accounting, controlling, and reporting processes.
- Ability to work with business stakeholders and cross functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance migration or transformation projects.
- Knowledge of New GL, Universal Journal, and SAP Fiori.
- SAP Certification in FI, CO, or S/4HANA Finance.
- Experience working in global or multi country finance setups.
- Exposure to integration with Treasury, FSCM, or Tax solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
Work Set up: Hybrid
Number of days in a month or week that needs to be in the office: 2x a week
Project Location (During onsite): 1x a month – UT2 Primary Other RTO days – Work near Home
