CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST (CES AVEGA)

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the dedicated point of contact for members, handling inquiries and resolving concerns via hotline, in person, and through email. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing member requests, approving or disapproving procedures, and coordinating with departments for complex issues.
  • Issuing necessary documents, such as the RCS forms and Certificates of Coverage.
  • Assisting members with benefits such as OP, ECU, and APE availments and coordinating with respective teams.
  • Screening reimbursement submissions, helping with PhilHealth requirements, distributing membership cards, and processing ID replacements.
  • Transmitting important documents to respective departments.

This role ensures smooth access to healthcare benefits and support services.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualification Standard
  • Candidate must possess at least 4-year college degree in allied medical course
  • Undergraduate of allied medical course or graduate of any non-medical course may be accepted
