CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST (CES AVEGA)
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the dedicated point of contact for members, handling inquiries and resolving concerns via hotline, in person, and through email. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing member requests, approving or disapproving procedures, and coordinating with departments for complex issues.
- Issuing necessary documents, such as the RCS forms and Certificates of Coverage.
- Assisting members with benefits such as OP, ECU, and APE availments and coordinating with respective teams.
- Screening reimbursement submissions, helping with PhilHealth requirements, distributing membership cards, and processing ID replacements.
- Transmitting important documents to respective departments.
This role ensures smooth access to healthcare benefits and support services.
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualification Standard- Candidate must possess at least 4-year college degree in allied medical course
- Undergraduate of allied medical course or graduate of any non-medical course may be accepted
- Able to work in a shifting schedule
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal sensitivity and social skills
- Superb analytical skills
