Accounting Staff
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial accounting principles and hands-on experience with financial statement preparation, analysis, and reporting.

Job Title: Accounting StaffLocation: Block 7 Lot 5 & 6, Fil-Am Friendship Highway, Cutcut, Angeles City, Pampanga
Work Setup: Office-based, Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Financial Statement Preparation: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and Statement of Changes in Equity).
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and report on trends, variances, and financial performance to assist in decision-making.
- General Ledger Maintenance: Help maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring that transactions are recorded accurately in the financial system.
- Accounting Entries: Record accounting transactions, including journal entries, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Account Reconciliations: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Compliance: Assist in ensuring that financial statements comply with applicable accounting standards and internal policies.
- Reporting: Provide support in the preparation of financial reports for management and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Audit Support: Assist with external and internal audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to financial statements.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on financial statement preparation and analysis.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero etc.,) and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 8-hour day shift
- Fixed Weekend Off
- Monthly salary (to be discussed during the interview)
