Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and personable Appointment Setter to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential leads generated from our outbound campaigns, schedule qualified appointments, confirm attendance, and manage any necessary follow-ups for no-shows or reschedules.

You will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and consistent flow of meetings for our clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to qualified leads via email, messaging platforms, or CRM tools to schedule appointments.
  • Confirm scheduled appointments with leads 24 hours prior to meeting times to ensure attendance.
  • Follow up with no-shows promptly to reschedule missed appointments.
  • Maintain and update scheduling and CRM systems accurately with the status of each lead interaction.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with leads, acting as a brand ambassador for the client.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to optimize lead flow and meeting rates.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on scheduled meetings, attendance, and rescheduling efforts.
  • Identify and escalate any potential issues or feedback from prospects to management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an appointment setting, lead generation, or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms, scheduling tools, and professional email communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously with efficiency.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation or SaaS sales support is a plus.
