Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Engineer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for project documentation, monitoring project progress, preparing reports, coordinating with project sites, and assisting in project planning and implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Preferably Licensed Civil Engineer
- With at least 1-2 years of experience in construction or engineering works
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD and project documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain project documents and reports
- Monitor project accomplishments and schedules
- Coordinate with project engineers, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Prepare billing, quantity take-offs, and progress reports
- Assist in permit processing and project compliance requirements
- Perform other engineering and administrative tasks as assigned
