Analytics Engineer - Pasig
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Engineering:
Design, implement, and maintain data extraction processes to ensure the availability of relevant data for analysis.
Performs data quality checks to ensure data are clean and ready for the use of the Data Science Team.
Develop and manage robust data pipelines to streamline the flow of data across different systems.
Collaborates with IT and Data Warehouse Team for data warehouse inquiries, maintenance and troubleshooting.- Data Analytics:
Develop and maintain analytics reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to various stakeholders.
Conduct exploratory data analysis and contribute to data science activities, such as feature engineering and modelling.
Collaboration and Documentation:
Work closely with the Data Science Manager and other team members to align analytics and engineering efforts with business objectives.
Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of data systems.
Maintain comprehensive documentation for all analytics reports, data pipelines, and data warehouse configurations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
At least 3 years of proven experience in data engineering, data analytics, or a related role.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, PowerBI and Gitlab.
Familiarity with automation and scheduling tools.
Familiarity with microfinance or financial services is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
