About the role

Become a Customer Service Representative for access healthcare, a leading healthcare solutions provider based in Pasay City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

What you'll be doing
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and effectively
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
What we're looking for
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in English and the local language(s)
  • Experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • A positive, patient and empathetic attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent
