About the role

What you'll be doing- Respond to incoming calls and emails from customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on our products and services
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently and effectively
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in English and the local language(s)
- Experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- A positive, patient and empathetic attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
